Tasting Notes: This Dry Sparkling wine is made from our best grapes. It is light straw yellow colored and it has a light froth and a fine and persistent perlage. Its flower and fruit notes recall the golden apple, the banana and the wisteria.

Food Pairings: This would certainly make a lovely aperitif during a warm summer day, can be served at the end of a meal with creamy desserts, or combined with orange juice for the perfect mimosa.
