In 2009, Votto Vines was selected by the Order Sons of italy in America (OSIA) as its sole US wine importing partner in connection with the development of the Leone D’Oro line of fine Italian wines. OSIA is the largest and longest-established national organization for men and women of Italian heritage in the United States. Established in 1905 as a mutual aid society for the early Italian immigrants, today OSIA has more than 600,000 family members and supporters and a network of more than 650 chapters coast to coast, making it the leading service and advocacy organization for the nation’s estimated 26 million people of Italian descent.

Leone D’Oro

Leone D’Oro, Golden Lion in Italian, is the official logo of OSIA. For the first time in its 105 year history, OSIA will directly import and market a select line of Italian wines it has personally chosen and made the decision to entrust with its cherished and venerable label of approval. The wines have each been hand selected by OSIA and Votto Vines executives because they exemplify not only the best of Italy but also demonstrate great price-quality ratio and value.
