Vitalonga Terra di Confine IGT
2005An 80/20 blend of Montepulciano and Merlot. Deep ruby with aromas of ripe dark berries, leather and tar. Enters smooth and rich, with blackberry, coffee and bay leaf flavors displaying a creamy-smooth texture in the middle palate. A beautifully balanced, yet full red that pairs well with braised meats, game and mature cheeses. The finish is long, sweet and finessed with a healthy dusting of tannins.
